Abstracts
Résumé
Cet article présente une démarche de type recherche-action coopérative (RAC) au sein d’une firme multinationale, dans l’objectif de résoudre un problème complexe rencontré par les acteurs de l’entreprise, dans le pilotage de leurs relations partenariales au sein de leur système de production à l’international. Nous soulignons dans cet article les enjeux de la RAC : le rôle de co-chercheur attribué aux acteurs de l’entreprise, les étapes d’élaboration des actions de changement ainsi que les connaissances académiques et actionnables ainsi créées. Nous évoquons également les compétences nécessaires du chercheur dans la conduite de ce type de démarche.

Abstract
This article presents a co-operative action research (CAR) approach within a multinational company, with the objective of solving a complex problem encountered by the company’s stakeholders, in the management of their partnership relations within their international production system. In this article, we highlight the challenges of CAR: the role of co-researcher attributed to practitioners, the stages in the development of change actions as well as the academic and actionable knowledge thus created. We also evoke the necessary skills of the researcher in the conduct of this type of approach.

Resumen
Este artículo presenta un enfoque tipo investigación-acción cooperativa (IAC) dentro de una empresa multinacional, con el objetivo de resolver un problema complejo encontrado por los actores de la empresa, en la gestión de sus relaciones de asociación dentro de su sistema de producción internacional. En este artículo destacamos los desafíos del IAC: el rol de co-investigador atribuido a los actores de la empresa, las etapas en el desarrollo de acciones de cambio así como el conocimiento académico y procesable así creado. También evocamos las habilidades necesarias del investigador en la realización de este tipo de abordajes.
