Résumé
Un enseignant en éducation physique ou un entraîneur dans une discipline sportive peut-il intervenir auprès d’un jeune vivant des difficultés autrement que sur le plan du développement moteur ? Peut-il être un aidant de première ligne ? Peut-on changer la mission de ces intervenants ? Il semble qu’à la suite d’une pratique d’un sport, le participant sera plus disponible à remettre en question certains de ses comportements en établissant une relation de confiance avec son éducateur physique ou son entraîneur. Par la suite, cette confiance facilite un travail d’une relation d’aidante. Aussi, après avoir réfléchi sur son problème de comportement, le participant détermine certaines hypothèses d’action pouvant être exploitées dans sa réalité quotidienne. Ce projet vise à observer et décrire ce modèle auprès d’adolescents en difficulté. L’activité physique désignée pour l’expérimentation est le football au niveau juvénile.

Abstract
Can physical education teachers or sports coaches help young people experiencing problems other than motor development? Can they be on the front lines for helping these youth? Can we change these teacher's roles and missions? It seems that an established relationship of trust with a Phys Ed teacher or sports coach allows participants to be able to look at their behaviour more closely after they have practiced sports. This trust creates transforms teachers into helpers and facilitators. Also, after having thought about their behaviour problems, participants are able to come up with ideas that could be put into action in their daily realities. This project on problem adolescents aims to observe and describe this model. The physical activity used in the experiment is juvenile football.
