Résumé
Notre recherche porte sur la signification des conflits concernant les grandes infrastructures publiques de transport en France. Nous analysons ces contestations comme la résistible constitution d'un réseau d'expertise associative. Les associations tentent de développer une stratégie de contre-expertise (au sens large) dans le champ des transports. Cette stratégie experte est enrichie par une seconde, plus pragmatique, de saisie d'opportunités environnementales.

Abstract
Our research is about the meaning of conflicts over public transport infrastructures. We will analyse these protests as the resistible constitution of an associative network expertise. The associations try to develop a counter-assessment strategy in the field of transports. This expert strategy is improved by a more pragmatic one, seizure of environmental opportunities.
